Common issues

I can't sign in

Try the password reset link on the sign-in screen. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Email [email protected] from the address on your account.

My data isn't syncing

Growing Green is offline-first — the apps work without a connection and sync when you reconnect. Check your internet, then leave the app open for a minute. If sync still doesn't catch up, force-quit the app and reopen it. The pending-sync indicator in the top bar shows what's queued.

I cancelled but was charged

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately. If you were charged after cancelling, send us your account email and we'll investigate within one business day.

How do I delete my account?

How do I add a worker?

In the Farmer App, go to Settings → Workers → Invite and enter the worker's email. They'll receive an invite link to download the Worker App and join your farm.
