Delete Your Growing Green Account

You can delete your Growing Green account and data at any time. The email method below works for every app and is the fastest way to reach us.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days and email you a confirmation when it's complete.
If you're signed in, you can also delete your account from inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, where available.
By app
- Farmer App — deletes your profile and all the farm data you've entered. An active subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Worker App — deletes your worker profile and your time and task records. Your account was created by your farm, so you can request deletion by email or ask your farm manager to remove you.
- Market App — no account is created to shop, so there's nothing to delete. If you placed an order and want the personal details removed, email us and we'll remove them (subject to the tax records noted below).
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, farm info, phone)
- All farm data you've entered (harvests, inventory, livestock, yields, breeding records, expenses, customer orders)
- Worker accounts you've invited (those workers receive a notice)
- All photos and voice notes you uploaded
- Any saved payment methods on file
What we have to keep
For tax, legal, and audit reasons, we retain anonymized records of marketplace transactions — no name or email, just the transaction itself — for up to 7 years.
Stripe also retains payment records per their own published policy. We can't delete records held by Stripe; for those requests, contact Stripe directly.
Backups
Encrypted backups are rotated out within 90 days of deletion. After that, no recoverable copy of your account data remains in our systems.
